When I discovered the problem of arthritis while I was still in my 20s frolicking away, it came as a complete and utter shock to me.

Even though the diagnosis was at the stage of its onset, nonetheless it did not deter me from pessimistically believing that my life was not going to be the same from here onwards. The first thing I sacrificed was to give up running to avoid any abrasion on my joints.
