Monkeypox Antiviral Drugs Are Putting Into The Test Trial In The UK
The Oxford University teams are credited with effective drugs of covid. Now the whole team is trailing an antiviral to aid the monkeypox recovery. Right now, more than 3,000 people in the UK are infected with the monkeypox virus. And there are many more anticipated cases in the line.
Now monkey pox spreading is becoming a serious issue. Nearly 95 countries are infected with the monkeypox virus spreading. The spreading infections and the recovery process of these two are not going to be a simple solution. We all have to go through serious complications.
Five hundred patients are taking part in the trial. Some of the patients are getting the treatment twice daily with tecovirimat tablets. Others receive other types of dummy treatment. Within a few months, the researchers with getting the desired test results.
The Tecovirima works as preventive medicine. This work for virus prevention. Based on the few promising results and the initial case study, the researchers will go to decide if this medicine is safe for starting the human counter trials or not.
