Impressive Health Benefits and Nutrients of Apples

“An apple a day keep a doctor away”, this proverb itself signifies the benefits of apple in one single line.

Apples are popular fruits and are eaten all over the world. A single apple contains antioxidants, vitamins, fibers, and other healthy nutrients. It is due to their health benefits; they are loved by the people.

Whether you eat apples directly or cook them with the other ingredients. Its nutritive value never changes.

The variety of apples available in the market gives us a taste of the different types available for consumption. I like to have apples as a whole. However when I feel like having something savory- I add a little bit of rock salt with paprika and enjoy my bowl of instant kick!

I have also seen people try different styles of consuming this perfect fruit- with peanut butter (this one’s for the health buffs). A friend of mine has apples with lime juice and rock salt. That one gives me shivers, but I think it makes a good combination because of the sweetness of the apples.

Apart from the different types of apples which will be shortly discussed, there are also a handful of easy ways to use apples in dishes. My most favorite is the apple pie with the warmth of cinnamon. Fall is around the corner and I just smell the fresh apple pies my grandma makes!
